cme-widi-jack-cables-trs-vers-din5-inclus-378939
WIDI JACK - WIRELESS TRS-MIDI CABLE (BLUETOOTH)

A "WIDI" Link to Modernize an Existing MIDI Setup
The CME WIDI JACK builds on the spirit of the WIDI Master and adapts it to more connection scenarios, especially when you want to add wireless MIDI to devices equipped with TRS, mini DIN, or 5-pin DIN ports via appropriate cables. The goal is simple: to integrate Bluetooth MIDI (BLE) into a hardware setup without requiring the use of a computer, while maintaining quick startup.

Who Is It For, and What Musical Uses?
The WIDI JACK is aimed at beginner to expert musicians who want to simplify their MIDI cabling and gain mobility. It is particularly relevant for live use (controllers, master keyboards, MIDI footswitches), home studios (reorganizing a collection of synths, grooveboxes, and expanders), or setups oriented towards techno, electro, synthwave, pop, and film scoring where synchronization and timing stability are essential.

Features and Innovations
The WIDI JACK is a BLE MIDI solution designed for instrument-to-instrument connections and hybrid scenarios (hardware to Bluetooth, or Bluetooth to hardware). Its approach relies on intelligent connectivity algorithms (SCA technology) aimed at optimizing pairing, range, and latency reduction depending on the situation. Thanks to Bluetooth 5, it targets faster connection and increased range, with setup facilitated by automatic pairing and central/peripheral switching. It supports MIDI message transmission, including MIDI Clock and SysEx, making it suitable for synchronizing step sequencers, arpeggiators, and drum machines. A control app allows management of updates among other functions. For installation, a magnetic mount helps secure the module to your device. Finally, the WIDI JACK can operate without external power when the port allows it, and accepts power via USB-C (power only) for cases where MIDI is not powered.

Technical specifications

@media(max-width:632px){table[data-wb-spec]{display:grid;grid-template-columns:minmax(0,1fr)
