gruvgear-veloc-housse-pour-tom-8x12-in-417463
Veloc - Tom Drum Bag - 8x12 in

Historical Context and Positioning Within the Range

The VELOC concept meets a very current demand from mobile drummers: reducing the number of trips between the car, stage, and rehearsal room without sacrificing protection. With its magnetic rail cart and "ready-to-use" hybrid cases, VELOC positions itself as a modern solution designed for musicians who juggle concerts, tours, rehearsals, and sessions, and who want a coherent system rather than a collection of disparate cases.

Who This Drum/Transport System Is For

VELOC is aimed at intermediate to professional drummers who regularly transport their acoustic kit and seek a serious compromise between speed of movement, protection, and durability. Ideal for contexts where equipment is frequently moved (rock, pop, funk, jazz, contemporary music, bands in residence, traveling studio drummers), and particularly relevant when you need to move drums, cymbals, double pedals, and hardware simultaneously.

Features and Innovations

The core of the system relies on comprehensive hybrid cases designed to connect to a VELOC magnetic rail cart : the goal is to achieve a stable, compact convoy that is easy to maneuver. Some cases include clip-on wheels (for cymbals and accessories) to gain autonomy depending on the situation. The design also favors versatility with removable padding allowing adjustment of support for larger drums, a real plus if you use multiple setups (rehearsal vs live, backline, skin/rim changes, etc.).

Sound

This product does not directly influence the sound of your drum kit, but it helps preserve your tuning and the integrity of your drums and accessories. Effective protection limits shocks to bearing edges, shells, and hoops, and helps keep a more reliable drum kit from one gig to the next. In practice, this means fewer unpleasant surprises during setup, better-preserved hardware, and faster setup times, especially when you frequently transport your full kit.

2-year warranty

Technical
