Technical After-Sales Administrative Advisor (M/F)
At the heart of our After-Sales Service, you support customers in handling their technical requests and ensure their cases are followed up with rigour and a strong sense of service. Through your responsiveness and expertise, you help deliver a quality customer experience every day.
Les missions
• Handle customer requests in order to open after-sales service tickets,
• Carry out a first-level diagnosis in the event of a fault and ask basic questions to verify the validity of the after-sales service request,
• Inform the customer about the product return procedure,
• Record and forward the customer's case information to the Supplier Relations After-Sales Advisor, who will escalate the case to the supplier.
Le profil
• Some initial experience in customer relations and confidence on the phone, particularly in handling inbound and outbound calls,
• Good command of IT and office tools,
• An interest in or knowledge of the world of music (instruments and/or audio equipment),
• Responsiveness, a strong sense of service, empathy and good listening skills to best support customers,
• Good writing skills and the ability to communicate in English.

• Employee status, 39 hours per week,
• Flexible working hours with a one-hour lunch break,
• A fixed salary based on profile plus variable compensation,
• The position is located in Thouaré-sur-Loire.

Sales Advisor (M/F)

Les missions
Reporting to the Store Manager, your main duties are as follows:
Sales:
• Welcome customers in person and by phone,
• Guide customers by identifying their needs and advising them on products and services,
• Inform customers about additional sales services (discounts, delivery, credit, loyalty card, etc.),
• Handle sales, payments and customer follow-up as well as after-sales service,
• Verify the validity of payment methods.
Management:
• Prepare products and items for shelving (labelling, anti-theft tags, signage, etc.) and set them up in-store or on a display stand,
• Keep the shelf tidy and physically restock it (replenishment, removal of defective products, etc.).
Le profil
• Previous experience in sales or a similar environment is a plus,
• Strong technical knowledge of DJ/sound equipment, able to effectively address customers' diverse needs,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening ability,
• Strong organisational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks at once,
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
• Genuine interest in the music industry with a constant desire to learn about new products on the market,
• Proficiency in English.
Les conditions
💰 Salary: a fixed salary of €1,929 gross/month (for 39h) + variable
⏰ Hours: Tuesday to Saturday – 10am to 7pm (1h lunch break)
📍 Position based on avenue Jean Jaurès in Paris
📅 Start date as soon as possible
