Settings and Operation: Simple on the Surface, Powerful in Practice

The pedal offers a very musical set of controls: LEVEL for output volume, GAIN for the amount of saturation, and especially BALANCE to dose the blend between direct sound and overdrive sound (from 100% dry to 100% saturated). Finally, the 2-band EQ is divided into LOW EQ and HIGH EQ, handy for reinforcing the foundation or, conversely, clearing space in the low end, then adjusting brightness and aggressiveness in the high end.

Regarding use, the footswitch activates or deactivates the effect, and the CHECK indicator also serves as a battery status monitor. The connectivity is intentionally straightforward: one input, one output, and a DC power input for quick integration on a pedalboard.

The Sound
