A CASCHA Tenor Designed to Recapture the "Island Sound" Spirit

With its solid acacia top and natural open-pore aesthetic, this model fits within the tradition of ukuleles with a warm timbre, while offering a modern finish ready for daily use. The contrast between the acacia body and the darker elements (fingerboard, bridge, headstock, and tuners) enhances its classic look and highlights the wood grain.

For Whom and Which Styles?

The CASCHA HH 2349 is suitable both for serious beginners who want to start on a rewarding instrument and for intermediate players seeking an expressive tenor. Its format is ideal for strumming (accompaniment), fingerpicking, and playing enriched chords, with real ease for pop, folk, ambient, chanson, and of course Hawaiian colors.

Sound

The solid acacia top provides responsiveness, beautiful projection, and lively midrange, while the laminated acacia back and sides contribute to a stable and homogeneous sound, particularly pleasant for accompaniment. The open-pore satin finish promotes a natural feel under the hand and allows the instrument to vibrate freely. The carbon strings complete the set with precise attack, good note-to-note definition, and a brighter character, useful for standing out in a mix or group playing.
