An Offset Icon, from Surf Culture to Modern Indie

Born in the late 1950s, the Jazzmaster first captivated surf scenes before being adopted by alternative rock and indie. The Vintera II '50s pays tribute to the feel and aesthetics of the pre-60s era while offering the reliability expected from a contemporary instrument ready for stage and studio.

Who Is It For and What Styles?

Ideal for intermediate to advanced guitarists seeking inspiring retro feel, it also suits motivated beginners. Perfect for surf, indie, shoegaze, alternative rock, pop, and jazz, thanks to its musical floating vibrato, tuning stability, and versatile electronics.

The Sound

The '50s style Jazzmaster single-coils deliver precise attacks, bright highs without harshness, and full mids. Alder provides responsiveness and solid lows, while the rosewood fingerboard softens the overall tone. The Lead/Rhythm circuit allows memorizing a dark, round rhythm sound, then switching instantly to a more open lead tone. The floating vibrato offers natural pitch return and balanced sustain, ideal for modulated pads and vibrato chords. The anodized aluminum pickguard ensures effective shielding for controlled background noise.

Recommended Compatible Accessories

Choose 10-46 nickel-plated steel strings (original setup) to maintain intended tension and response, a hard case in Jazzmaster shape for the offset body, a curved capo suited to the 7.25" radius, a wide strap with standard secure strap locks, and a quality 6.35 mm jack cable to preserve single-coil clarity.
