The Sound

The 75th Anniversary Thunderbolt split single-coil delivers the classic Precision signature: tight lows, solid mids, and controlled highs. The alder body provides balance and projection, while the rosewood fingerboard softens the attack for a smoother feel. Simple Master Volume / Master Tone wiring allows you to switch from warm vintage tones to a more modern presence. The steel saddle bridge enhances intonation and sustain, and the open tuners ensure stable tuning.
