The Sound

The combination of a okoumé body and ebony fingerboard delivers a defined and bright character, with firm lows, tight mids, and a sharp attack in the highs. The set-in neck and Gibraltar Performer hardware enhance sustain and note hold, ideal for singing leads. The DiMarzio Air Classic pickups (Alnico, passive) provide a vintage yet very dynamic tone: a full and musical neck pickup, a balanced middle position, and a precise bridge pickup for riffs and solos, all controlled by a simple circuit (volume, tone, 3-way selector) that remains effective in any situation.

Recommended Compatible Accessories

To stay as close as possible to the original setup, a set of D'Addario EXL110 strings (10-46) is perfectly suited. A 6.35 mm jack cable, a tuner, and a guitar stand ideally complete the setup.
