A MI-58T Transmitter Designed for Stage and Compact Control Rooms

The Mipro MI-58T is a stereo transmitter dedicated to in-ear monitor systems. Its positioning is clear: to offer a digital solution in the 5.8 GHz (ISM) band, suitable for setups where an efficient, clear, and easy-to-manage installation is sought, whether in a touring rack, stage control room, or fixed installation. Thanks to its 1/2 U format, it naturally fits into compact racks while maintaining controls and a display designed for field use.

Who and What Uses Does the MI-58T Make a Difference For?

The MI-58T is aimed at musicians, singers, and technicians who want to implement a clean and controlled stereo monitor mix: demanding rehearsals, small to medium-sized stages, TV studios, places of worship, event performances, or already structured microphone fleets. It is particularly suitable when you want to secure the monitor mix (clearer vocals, better dynamic control, stereo placement) while keeping a simple connection chain: two audio inputs, a Loop Out return for daisy-chaining, and channel management structured by groups.

Key Features: Digital Precision, Channel Management, and Immediate Control

Digital Audio: Definition and Mix Consistency

With digital modulation and processing at 24 bits and 48 kHz, the MI-58T aims for detailed reproduction, essential for in-ear monitors where even slight inaccuracies are quickly noticeable. Stereo allows building a more natural space (panning, depth), reducing listening fatigue and improving comfort on stage.

Channel Organization: Groups, Presets, and Identification

To facilitate operation, the transmitter offers 3 groups with 12 preset channels per group. Each channel has specific identification codes designed to limit interference, an important point when multiple links coexist. Channel tuning via ACT synchronization speeds up setup and reduces errors during stage changes.

Control and Visibility: OLED Screen and Engineer Mode

The OLED screen provides clear reading of essential information, even in a rack. For teams wanting to go further in adjustment, the engineer mode offers extended access to settings, useful for finely adapting the transmitter to a specific production environment.

Connectivity Designed for Integration

The MI-58T features 2 combo XLR / 6.35mm Jack inputs to easily accommodate a console, interface, or line sources. The 2 Loop Out outputs allow sending the signal to another device (daisy-chaining, recording, broadcasting, or a second system). There are also headphone outputs in 3.5mm TRS mini-jack and 6.35mm Jack for quick monitoring, as well as an ACT-BUS network (RJ-11) dedicated to cascading setups.
