Intended for intermediate to professional bassists, this 4-string thrives in funk, pop, soul, jazz, and rock. The bolt-on neck with a C-profile, 12" / 305 mm radius fingerboard, and lightweight tuners promote stable feel and excellent intonation, even during long sets. Clean slap, punchy fingerstyle, or pick playing: the response remains quick and controlled.

Sound

The okoumé (body) and padauk (top) combination delivers a crisp attack, rich mids, and very clear projection-ideal for maintaining definition in a dense mix. The stacked noise-cancelling J-Style neck pickup provides an articulated and clean tone, perfect for round, detailed lines without unwanted noise. At the bridge, the M-Style Alnico V humbucker enhances punch and definition, with a presence that naturally "grabs" for groove and more aggressive passages.

The Sadowsky 2-band preamp (bass and treble boost) instantly broadens the frequency spectrum, while the VTC helps soften the high end to recover a more vintage tone. The push/pull bypasses the preamp for true passive operation, convenient for quickly varying textures without changing amp settings.
