It is ideal for modern Metal, Death, Djent, Metalcore, and all approaches requiring low tunings and strong definition in distortion.

Sound

The pair of active Duncan Designed HB-105 humbuckers delivers a dense, powerful, and highly compressed sound, perfect for pushing a high-gain amp without losing clarity. The combination of a basswood body and maple neck provides a balanced foundation: present lows, effective mids to cut through the mix, and a sharp attack for fast riffs. The rosewood fingerboard adds slight warmth and a pleasant feel. The long 26.5" / 673 mm scale length improves the tension of low strings (B or lower), while the Floyd Rose Special enhances sustain and allows for pronounced vibrato effects, from subtle to radical.

To stay as close as possible to the original feel, you can choose an Ernie Ball Regular Slinky 7 2621 string set with gauges .010-.056. The active electronics require a 9V battery (compartment provided). If you want a dedicated transport solution, the guitar can be protected with the SGR-1C gig bag (sold separately, optional).
