Its pair of P90s easily covers alternative rock, incisive blues, warm soul, modern pop, and becomes rounder and mellower on the neck pickup for jazz colors.

Sound

The mahogany body and neck provide warmth, natural compression, and sustain, while the maple top adds definition to the attack and highlights harmonics. The two Sire C Vintage P90s deliver a very responsive character: bridge pickup offers an open and sharp sound ideal for riffs and crunch; neck pickup provides a full, smooth, and singing tone for phrasing and rich chords; middle position offers perfect transparency for clean arpeggios and rhythms. The 2 volume / 2 tone electronics allow fine blending of pickups, rounding off the treble, and maintaining excellent pick attack dynamics control.
