The Walkasse Eva Case DDJ-REV7 Plus is a shockproof case designed to keep up with DJs who regularly transport their controller. This "Plus" variant stands out with a more practical everyday approach, featuring additional compartments for cables to avoid clutter inside the bag and secure the equipment during transport.
Who Is This Case for the DDJ-REV7 Intended For?
This model is aimed at beginner, intermediate, and professional DJs who use a Pioneer DDJ-REV7 in a home studio, event performance, bar/club, or mobile setup. It is perfect if you are looking for a solution that is more protective than a simple cover while remaining lighter and less bulky than a traditional flight case.
Thanks to its carry-on compatibility and two carrying modes, it is ideal for frequent travel, rehearsals, or transport by car and public transit.
Features and New Additions
The protection is based on a compression-molded EVA structure combined with an external coating of 1680D ballistic nylon with a waterproof PU finish, to better resist splashes and road hazards. The interior is lined with velvet to minimize micro-scratches and maintain a soft contact with the equipment.
The lid includes a removable "egg crate" foam (density 18 kg/m3, 35 mm ) that helps absorb shocks and keep the controller in place. The base is reinforced by a flat removable foam (density 33 kg/m3, 1 cm ) to stabilize the whole. The invisible zipper improves the finish and reduces snags, while the supplied foam inserts allow immobilization of cables and adapters in the designated areas.
Finally, the case is advertised as Decksaver compatible, a real plus if you already protect your controller with a hard cover and want to maintain this protection during transport. Note: the case is delivered without controller and without cable.
