The Warm Audio Fen-tone draws inspiration from a classic 1950s ribbon microphone, appreciated for its organic sound and its very musical way of smoothing transients. Warm Audio takes the idea of a compact-format ribbon, easy to position, and adds design choices suited to current demands: custom CineMag USA transformer, powerful neodymium magnet, and high-precision aluminum ribbon.
