Pass Culture
what is it?

I'm 18. I live in mainland France or in an overseas territory

Pass Culture is a public service mission run by the French Ministry of Culture. This scheme gives you access, the year you turn 18, to an app where you have €300 for 24 months to discover and book, however you like, local cultural events and digital offers (books, concerts, theatres, museums, music lessons, digital subscriptions, etc.).

If you're not 18 yet, you can download the app and create your account by entering your date of birth.

On the day you turn 18, you'll receive an email to complete your file and enjoy the €300 from Pass Culture.

NEW SINCE JANUARY 2022: Are you between 15 and 17 years old? You can now benefit from the Pass Culture extension by getting access to an individual credit. This credit builds up every year. It will expire the day before you turn 18: €20 the year you turn 15, €30 the year you turn 16 and 17.
