The Flagship Horizontal Model of the S Series

Designed for large control rooms, the S5H establishes itself as the horizontal reference in ADAM Audio's "S Series" range. The result of dedicated development, it combines the new proprietary ELE, DCH transducers and the S-ART ribbon tweeter (handmade in Germany) for a reproduction that is powerful, linear, and non-fatiguing, true to the brand's DNA.

Designed for Large Studios, Post-Production, and Mastering

Thanks to its directivity controlled by the MPS/HPS waveguides and its dynamic headroom, the S5H maintains a stable image over a wide listening area. It allows multiple engineers, directors, and musicians to work simultaneously in the optimal axis, a decisive advantage in film mixing, broadcast, or mastering studios.

Proprietary Technologies and Advanced Digital Processing

The two extended excursion ELE woofers, powered by the symmetrical magnetic architecture SMA, ensure a powerful and clean low end. The 4-inch hybrid DCH midrange combines the benefits of dome and cone drivers to offer articulation, speed, and low distortion in the ear's most sensitive range.

The S-ART ribbon tweeter extends the frequency response up to 50 kHz and, combined with the HPS/MPS waveguides, maintains exemplary off-axis responses. The in-house DSP optimizes crossovers for reference linearity, provides an equalizer and room adaptation settings, protects the tweeter via a limiter, and manages AES3 digital streams, with updates and control via USB through dedicated software.
