Avantis in the Allen&Heath Range: Studio Performance Serving Live Sound
Designed to meet the demands of modern sound reinforcement, the Avantis console embodies Allen&Heath's philosophy focused on production efficiency: quick access to controls, maximum readability, and processing power to seamlessly manage soundchecks, stage changes, and scene recalls. This pack takes the concept further by combining a premium control surface and a high-capacity stage box in one set.
The addition of the dPack enhances the all-in-one approach: more resources and processing to refine vocals, shape drums, secure corporate broadcasts, or add depth to a musical mix, all while maintaining a consistent ergonomic experience. The MixRack GX4816 completes the ecosystem by multiplying XLR I/O, essential when managing multiple mic lines, monitors, side fills, or connections to recording and broadcast systems.
Who Is This Avantis + GX4816 Pack For?
This pack is clearly aimed at sound engineers, contractors, and stage technicians who want a portable digital console that is robust and scalable enough to cover a wide variety of events: concerts, festivals, theater, houses of worship, corporate events, or mobile installations. The 128-channel architecture allows confident handling of dense configurations with multiple sources, subgroups, and separate monitors.
Thanks to the GX4816 stage box (48 XLR inputs and 16 XLR outputs), long cable runs are reduced, stage setup is neatly organized, and patching time is saved. The result is a solution that is both "tour" and "production" ready, suited for teams that need fast setup, reliable operation, and comfortable use.
