An All-in-One Approach to Vocal Processing
The AUDOTA AVE-100 brings together vocal processing and several useful tools for performance. Beyond ambience effects, this vocal multi-effects processor lets you work on pitch accuracy, add harmonies, and prepare an accompaniment. This centralized approach will appeal to musicians who want to combine several functions without having to use multiple dedicated devices.
For Singing, Looping and Recording Content
The AVE-100 is designed for singers, content creators and musicians who perform live. Whether for a pop cover, an acoustic song or a more atmospheric vocal part, it offers several ways to enrich a performance. The effects can be used to create an atmosphere around the voice or add more definition to certain passages.
In rehearsal and on stage, pitch detection and feedback suppression address practical needs. For creative work, the looper lets you build layers, while OTG recording provides a way to capture audio with a compatible device. This makes it possible to go from a sung idea to a fully developed performance using the same processor.
Pitch Accuracy, Harmonies and Accompaniment: Complementary Functions
The automatic pitch correction offers two modes, complemented by three harmonies to enrich the vocal line. The KeyLearn function automatically detects the key of the music, making it easier to prepare the vocal processing when working with an accompaniment. These functions bring together useful tools for exploring different ways to highlight a melody.
The intelligent feedback suppression offers three levels to adapt its operation to different usage conditions. It provides assistance during amplified performances, without replacing careful microphone and speaker placement. The Vocal Erase function, meanwhile, works on the accompaniment by reducing the vocals present in a track; the result depends in particular on the original mix.
The built-in looper lets you create loops and explore successive vocal arrangements. Stereo delay and reverb complete this setup for shaping the sound space. On the input side, the combo connector is paired with a preamp and 48 V phantom power for microphones that require it. The OTG function is designed for recording with compatible equipment.
The Sound
The AVE-100 offers several ways to shape the voice: pitch correction works on pitch accuracy, harmonies enrich the melody, while stereo delay and reverb add repeats and depth. The advantage is being able to work on both the sung line and the space around it, depending on the role you want it to play in the arrangement.
To preserve the clarity of the lyrics, a restrained ambience can support the vocals without overpowering them. Conversely, more prominent effects let you explore enveloping vocal textures. The looper adds a creative dimension to this setup: you can treat the voice as an arrangement element and gradually build a performance around several motifs.
