Augustin Shoulder Rest Support Part Standard Model Viola

A Must-Have for Piano Practice, from Studio to Stage

The adjustable stool is a classic in the piano world: it allows proper alignment of shoulders, arms, and wrists to gain ease and consistency. Its design combining wood, foam, and metal makes it both comfortable and practical for long sessions.

For Whom and In What Contexts?

This stool is intended for beginner to advanced pianists, as well as keyboardists seeking a stable and adjustable seat. Ideal for classical (touch work), jazz (endurance), or pop (rehearsals and home studio), it facilitates a coherent playing position regardless of style.

Sound Quality

A well-adjusted stool directly influences playing quality: an appropriate height promotes a more controlled touch, better dynamics management, and a more consistent attack. By improving posture, it helps free the gesture, thus optimizing musical expression.
