At a time when main 2-way and 3-way monitors offer extended bandwidth and high output levels, it remains essential to confront a mix with a speaker intentionally limited in the low end, close to everyday listening conditions. After a long phase of research, comparative listening, and optimizations, the Avantone MixCubes were designed to provide a more balanced wide-band reproduction than the historic cubes, with a softer, more airy high end and a slightly more generous bass foundation, without losing the "midrange truth" approach.

The fabric suspension is made in Japan, and the high-power magnet assembly aims for low distortion and good dynamic handling. At the rear, machined nickel-plated binding posts (dual banana format) are mounted on a black anodized aluminum plate for reliable studio environment connections.
