AVID Pro Tools Artist Perpetual Upgrade

Requirements According to License Type

This license corresponds to an update/upgrade (UPG) intended for users who already have a registered perpetual Avid Pro Tools Artist license. It can be used at any time, including if your support and update plan is already expired. Note: this product does not work with Pro Tools annual licenses.

What Avid Pro Tools Artist Is For

Pro Tools Artist is a digital audio workstation (DAW) designed for music production, recording, editing, and mixing with a fast, creativity-oriented workflow. Whether you work in a home studio, mobile setup, or a more advanced production environment, staying up to date is essential to maintain the stability of your sessions, compatibility with your system, and consistency of your audio chain.
This update with a 12-month support plan is aimed at users who want to secure their working tool: continue opening their projects, benefit from performance optimizations, and enjoy an expanded creative ecosystem thanks to included content and tools (instruments, plugin bundle, analog color features, member benefits).

Main Features

Upgrade to the Latest Version and 12 Months of Updates

By activating this extension, your perpetual Pro Tools Artist license is upgraded to the most recent version, then you benefit from 12 months of updates. Ideal for staying aligned with current audio production requirements: fixes, improvements, system compatibilities, and workflow evolutions.

Standard Support: A More Peaceful Working Environment

Standard Support accompanies you during the covered period, allowing you to work more peacefully on a daily basis. It's a real plus if you use Pro Tools Artist regularly and want to reduce interruptions related to installation, activation, or configuration changes.

Artist Plugin Bundle: A Ready-to-Mix Processing Palette

With the Artist Plugin Bundle, you have additional tools to structure your mixes: dynamic processing, equalization, spatialization, and finishing touches. The goal is to save time in key stages (cleaning, setup, color, control) while maintaining a smooth production flow.

GrooveCell and SynthCell: Integrated Rhythmic Creation and Synthesis

Pro Tools GrooveCell and SynthCell enhance composition and sound design aspects. GrooveCell provides a groove- and programming-oriented engine, while SynthCell opens the door to modern textures and timbres. An effective duo for building demos, producing electro, hip-hop, pop, or enriching a more organic production with synthetic layers.

HEAT and Inner Circle: Color and Creative Benefits

HEAT adds analog-style warmth and density to the mix, useful for thickening stems, giving punch to drums, or homogenizing a bus. Inner Circle access completes the experience with benefits dedicated to users, focused on creativity and inspiration.
