Requirements According to License Type

This reference corresponds to an update/upgrade (UPG). It is intended for users who already have an eligible license (for example Sibelius 1 to 8 or Sibelius Ultimate) and allows upgrading to the current version of Sibelius Ultimate with a 1-year updates and support plan. An Internet connection is required for installation and online activation.

Sharing scores is easy with Sibelius Cloud Sharing: you can publish your scores and collect feedback without limiting the number of shares. It is also possible to add comments directly on the score to centralize annotations during proofreading, rehearsals, or remote work.

To save time when importing existing content, PhotoScore and NotateMe Lite allow converting printed or handwritten notes into usable notation, supporting PDF/JPEG score conversion into editable scores. AudioScore Lite complements this by offering monophonic note input via microphone, useful for quickly capturing a melodic line.

Realistic Playback and Studio Integration

The 36 GB sound library enables realistic playback of scores, useful for checking orchestration and preparing mock-ups. ReWire support allows connection to compatible DAWs to integrate notation into a broader production environment.
