Pre-listening, Beatmatching, Transitions: Who Is the DJ 300 PRO X For?
The DJ 300 PRO X targets resident DJs as well as mobile DJs, plus bar, club setups, and event control rooms where ambient volume complicates pre-listening. In over-ear mode, the isolation helps focus on the cue, kick attacks, and hi-hat details even when the front-of-house volume is high. In on-ear mode, you gain speed and freedom of movement to chain transitions, keeping one ear on the room and the other on the mix. By default, the on-ear ear pads are already mounted, and the over-ear pair is provided to switch according to your mixing style.
