BG: The Accessory Designed for Musician Comfort
Renowned for its accessories dedicated to wind instruments, the BG brand designs practical solutions that enhance the daily playing experience. The BG A10LB mouthpiece protector fits this approach: a discreet yet essential accessory, designed to protect your equipment and increase comfort in the mouth, especially during long practice or rehearsal sessions.
For Which Musicians and Uses?
The BG A10LB is suitable for all levels, from beginners seeking more comfort from the first notes to advanced musicians concerned with preserving their mouthpiece. It is particularly useful if you have a strong attack, naturally clamp the mouthpiece, or play for extended periods (orchestra, brass band, conservatory, studio). It suits many contexts: classical, jazz, pop, and contemporary music.
Sound and Design
A mouthpiece protector is not intended to alter the timbre but can improve the playing sensation. With its 0.8 mm thickness, this model helps reduce uncomfortable vibrations at the teeth level, which can promote better relaxation and more consistent sound production. Its Large format offers a generous contact surface, ideal for extended protection while remaining discreet once in place.
Recommended Compatible Accessories
For optimal use, remember to regularly clean the top of the mouthpiece (application area) with a soft cloth before applying to ensure good adhesion and a clean surface. If you transport your instrument, a hard case or a well-fitted cover also helps limit shocks to the mouthpiece.
- Prevents tooth marks
- Leaves no residue on the mouthpiece
