The Bose Professional Veritas 250BL belongs to the Veritas series, a range of amplifiers designed to meet the needs of fixed audio installations in professional environments. Its highly compact format delivers refined sound distribution without taking up space on a counter, in a technical rack or within custom-built furniture.

With its half-width 19-inch rack chassis and included mounting brackets, this amplifier is equally well suited to wall mounting, under-counter installation or rack integration. An optional kit allows it to be mounted in a standard 19-inch rack in a 1/2U format.

The Veritas 250BL is aimed at integrators, installers and operators looking to provide effective sound reinforcement in a small- to medium-sized space. It is particularly well suited to background music in a shop, café, restaurant, reception area, meeting room or office.

With its mic and line inputs, it is also an effective solution for voice announcements, paging or presentations. The Opti-Voice function improves the intelligibility of broadcast messages, ensuring that announcements remain clear and audible even while music is playing.

Intelligent DSP, Bluetooth and simplified integration

Despite its compact footprint, the Bose Professional Veritas 250BL features a complete digital processing section. Its DSP operates at 48 kHz / 24-bit with 10.4 ms of latency and offers several settings tailored to different Bose Professional loudspeakers, including the FreeSpace FS, DesignMax, EdgeMax and AMU series.

Dedicated loudspeaker equalization, an 80 Hz high-pass filter, dynamic equalization and subwoofer management allow the system to be adjusted with precision. The result remains clear at low volume while preserving the balance between bass, mids and treble.

Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity makes it easy to stream wirelessly from a compatible smartphone, tablet or computer. The RCA, combo XLR/¼-inch jack and Euroblock inputs allow a wide range of wired sources to be connected, including an audio player, television, mixing console, microphone or announcement system.

Its integrated OLED display makes settings more accessible during installation. The QR code shown on the display provides easy access to configuration resources, while the USB-C port enables updates. Quiet thanks to convection cooling, the Veritas 250BL remains unobtrusive both visually and acoustically.
