The Caballero by MR CA-CM follows the spirit of traditional Spanish classical guitars, notably through its table bracing designed in this tradition. The approach favors a lightweight and stable construction, with a very thin "open pore" varnish that allows the instrument to breathe and promotes top vibration.

Thanks to its 1/2 size, this classical guitar is particularly suitable for beginners (children, young conservatory students, or adults seeking a smaller build). Its balance and touch facilitate learning left-hand positions and arpeggios. It is comfortable in classical repertoire, method pieces, melodies, and gentle accompaniment, with a lively character that helps articulate notes clearly.

Sound

The solid cedar top provides a naturally open and warm tone, with excellent ease of projection from the slightest attack. The sapelli mahogany body (back and sides) enhances the midrange and delivers a balanced sound, very pleasant for working on precision. The table bracing in the Spanish tradition supports projection and contributes to the announced lively character. Finally, the bonoid nut and saddle inserts (bonoid plastic) contribute to a clear attack and even sound reproduction, while the matte open-pore finish enhances the instrument's responsiveness.

This guitar comes strung with Hannabach 600HT strings (with Sol 3 carbon). To maintain the same feel and tension, restringing with the same reference is recommended.
