The meranti body provides a solid sonic foundation, with a generally warm response and good sustain in the low mids, helping heavy riffs stay consistent under distortion. The maple neck adds snap and attack, useful for maintaining definition as gain increases. The jatoba fingerboard enhances precision and clarity, appreciated for fast runs and tight chords.

On the electronics side, the two Powersound humbuckers deliver an output level suited to modern tones: firm lows, present mids, and highs capable of cutting through the mix. The controls remain intentionally simple with 1 volume, 1 tone, and a 3-position selector switch, allowing quick shifts from the neck pickup (rounder) to the bridge pickup (sharper), or a blend of both depending on the song.
