An "American cut" reference in the spirit of Rico
Following the tradition of American cut reeds (Rico type), La Voz stands out with a design focused on flexibility and projection. Current manufacturing processes aim for increased consistency from reed to reed, a key factor for confidently handling rehearsals and concerts.
For which musicians and styles
These reeds are intended for intermediate to advanced saxophonists and clarinetists seeking expressive playing. Comfortable in jazz, they are also suitable for all styles depending on the mouthpiece, beak, and sound intention.
Sound and design
The combination of a finer heart and American cut promotes easy response, good reactivity, and a dense sound. The reinforced vamp enhances durability while maintaining a flexible playing feel in Medium strength.
Recommended compatible accessories
To preserve response and lifespan: a reed storage case (ventilation/support) is a simple and universal choice.
