Rico Royal: a Reed That Has Become a Benchmark for Consistency
The Rico Royal series combines the spirit of the Rico cut with features inspired by the French cut. Designed to offer stable and predictable performance, these reeds aim for a consistent playing feel from one reed to another, a key point for demanding musicians.
For Which Musicians and Styles?
Designed for advanced players, Rico Royal reeds are particularly suited for jazz and classical settings, where both clarity of attack and overall balance are sought. The range is available in versions for various types of clarinets and saxophones depending on the reference.
Sound and Design
