The Meeting of the Ultra and Ultra X Concepts
Following the success of the Ultra X series, Steven Mead continues his research with the Heros Ultra. This mouthpiece combines the features of both families with a specific body shape.
Refining Your Euphonium Playing
The 5H is designed for euphonium players looking to explore a large cup, particularly in classical repertoire or brass band. The choice will depend on the player’s habits and physical build.
A Redesigned Geometry for Projection
The cup, the hollow part that holds the air, features a reworked lower curve. The redesigned rim alters the contact with the lips, while the adjusted shank is intended to provide better projection.
