The 4099 CORE Extreme SPL is primarily intended for situations where sound levels are high and clarity must remain intact: rock concerts, TV studios, theaters, live recordings, festival performances, and rental fleets. The DPA 6066 CORE features a subminiature capsule with a 3 mm diameter to deliver a very clean sound in a discreet format. The headband has been redesigned for lightweight, "one size fits all" wear, with secure attachment thanks to 3-point ear claws. The boom is adjustable (length and height) with an anti-rotation system, and the 90-degree cable management helps guide the cable and reduce mechanical stress, practical both on stage and in musical theater.
