A capo crafted for the dynamics of nylon
On a classical or flamenco guitar, the capo must be precise: too much pressure and the tuning is affected, too little and some strings buzz. The Jim Dunlop Pivot Classical - Black was designed to meet these demands with a focus on balancing playing comfort, tuning stability, and musicality.
Stability, comfort, and fine adjustment at your fingertips
Thanks to its pivot system, the capo fits the neck evenly and helps maintain uniform tension across all strings. Its low-resistance mechanism allows for precise pressure adjustment, a real advantage for preserving intonation and achieving a clean sound, whether you're playing flamenco rasgueados or more delicate classical voicings. The high-quality rubber is optimized to reduce unwanted noise and let notes resonate with generous sustain.

bought to put on a flamenca that I use when picking. All the strings are well held without friezes unlike many other capodasters (like clips)
