The range is available in five configurations: Mini Pro (16 or 18-inch bass drum), Frequent Flyer, club kit (20-inch bass drum), Standard, and an Acrylic set. Except for the Acrylic set, all kits are built with North American maple and feature HVLT technology on the wooden shells.

Features and Innovations

The maple shells are based on a HVLT construction, designed to optimize vibration and tonal consistency. On the hardware side, the chrome fittings are complemented by elements directly inspired by DW standards: True Pitch tension rods for more precise and stable tuning, STM tom suspension (Silent Block) to enhance natural resonance, and DW MAG snare strainer for smooth and controlled action. The DW Remo USA drumheads contribute to immediate playability, with a balanced sound right from the first tunings.

North American maple is renowned for its warmth, frequency balance, and musical sustain: the toms sing, the snare retains body, and the bass drum remains round while maintaining attack depending on the tuning. With 8 plies, there is a good compromise between projection and roundness, ideal for transitioning from soft playing to more accented hits.

The HVLT technology enhances the feel of response under the stick and helps maintain clear definition, particularly useful in amplified or studio contexts. In the configuration with a 22 x 18-inch bass drum, the low end gains fullness while remaining usable in modern mixes.
