Rather than simple alternate takes, repetitions come from performances captured at 180 BPM, and the software detects true repetitions to replicate the behavior of a real piano in fast passages. Pedal resonance was recorded for each note at several velocity levels, including with the soft pedal, to enhance harmonic depth and realism in legato playing.
