The EKO ST 100 Sunburst pack is primarily aimed at beginner guitarists looking for a well-matched setup to get started. The 22 frets allow you to tackle both accompaniment parts and your first melodies and solos. The double cutaway provides easier access to the upper frets, which is useful as your exercises gradually take you higher up the neck.

Its configuration is particularly well suited to pop rhythm parts, funk choppy rhythms, blues licks and classic rock. The five-way selector invites you to discover how pickup selection transforms the same guitar part. It is an excellent way to develop your ear alongside your technique.

The 3 W mini amplifier is intended more for personal practice than for playing in a band with a drummer. Its rechargeable battery makes it easy to set up without constantly relying on a mains outlet. Bluetooth expands its capabilities, while the guitar-to-amplifier connection is made using the included jack cable.

Three single-coil pickups for discovering your first sounds

The ST 100 features three single-coil pickups, a configuration appreciated for the clarity of its attack and the definition of its chords. The 5-way selector offers several colors: rounder tones toward the neck, a more incisive response at the bridge and intermediate textures suited to precise rhythm parts. This gives you plenty of tonal variety without changing instruments.

The passive electronics combine a master volume with two tone controls. The volume adjusts the output level, while the tone controls help soften the highs. These settings make it easy to move from a gentle accompaniment to a more pronounced attack, complementing the amplifier's controls.

The roasted poplar body, bolt-on maple neck and laurel key form the foundation of the construction. On this electric guitar, the amplified character depends largely on the pickups and settings used. The bridge with individual saddles allows each string to be adjusted independently, while the tremolo enables pitch variations to enrich your phrasing.

The supplied amplifier features three channels and Gain, Tone and Volume controls.
