The square-shouldered shape offers a wide volume reserve and a balanced response across the entire neck. Plugged in, the Fishman Sonicore + Presys VT combo preserves the acoustic tone and allows fine volume and tone adjustments from the soundhole without adding weight to the side.

To optimize playability and longevity: a set of phosphor bronze steel acoustic strings 12-53 (standard gauge suitable for dreadnoughts), a capo for 6-string acoustic guitar, a soundhole humidifier to stabilize humidity, a clip-on tuner (the Presys VT does not include a tuner), and a strap with headstock attachment for secure support.
