To achieve this formula, over 350 alloys were tested in collaboration with artists like Metallica, Slash, John Petrucci, Randy Jackson, and Tony Levin. The result: a set that combines Extra Slinky comfort and a pronounced sonic character, with greater definition in the mix, highlighted harmonics, and a particularly clear impact when attacked with a pick.
