The side-chain EQ features a free multi-band filtering with slopes up to 96 dB/oct. All-pass filters and brickwall high-pass or low-pass options enable fine targeting of the detection signal.
What compression styles are available?
The 14 styles are divided among the Modern, Classic, and Utility families. Six new algorithms are introduced: Versatile, Smooth, Upward, TTM, Op-El, and Vari-Mu. The Character modes Tube, Diode, and Bright add adjustable saturation via Drive, positionable before or after compression.
Can it be used for Dolby Atmos mixing?
Surround and Dolby Atmos support up to 9.1.6 is provided. Link settings can be configured for stereo pairs, Center, Sides, Tops, and the LFE channel.
What oversampling does FabFilter Pro-C 3 offer?
With oversampling up to 32x, aliasing is minimized during extreme compression settings. The animated display allows monitoring of input, output levels, and gain reduction.
