Part of the "California Special" series, the Redondo Special revisits Fender's 1980s aesthetic with contemporary all-solid construction. Its Redondo dreadnought-style body and tilted headstock create a strong visual identity, while the meticulous craftsmanship and satin finish focus on resonance and everyday reliability.

Sound
Solid okoumé, similar to mahogany in warmth and balance, delivers deep lows and smooth highs. The X bracing and large dreadnought body volume enhance projection, sustain, and a wide dynamic range. When plugged in, the Fishman Flex Body electronics combine the precision of the piezo and the warmth of the body sensor via the "Blend" control to achieve a natural, balanced sound ready for mixing.
