A Telecaster with a 1950s vibe, part of the Vintera III series

Designed in Mexico, the Vintera III Late '50s Telecaster revisits the DNA of the late 1950s Tele with meticulous attention to detail. Within the Vintera III range, it embodies Fender's "vintage correct" philosophy: period-accurate aesthetics, authentic feel, and carefully selected components to recapture the response, attack, and balance that shaped the Telecaster legend.

For which guitarist and styles?

Ideal for fans of country, rockabilly, rock 'n' roll, blues, or indie, this Tele is aimed at intermediate to expert guitarists seeking a responsive and inspiring instrument. The "Soft V" neck profile offers a natural thumb rest, while the vintage 7.25" radius provides remarkable comfort for rhythm playing and a singing vibrato in lead.

The sound

The alder body delivers balanced mids and a clear attack, complemented by the clarity and speed of the one-piece maple neck. The two "Vintage-Style late '50s Tele" single-coil pickups offer a bright and cutting spectrum, perfect for cutting through the mix: snappy at the bridge, silky and woody at the neck, with a nice scoop in the middle position. The 3-saddle steel bridge enhances twang and sustain, while the traditional Tele electronics (volume, tone, and 3-position selector) emphasize dynamics and transparency.

Recommended compatible accessories

To maintain the original feel and balance, choose a set of Fender USA 250L .009-.042 strings. A molded hard case for Telecaster/Stratocaster will perfectly protect the instrument during transport, complementing the included Deluxe Gig Bag. An adjustable tension capo (compatible with 7.25" radius) and a quality standard strap complete the setup ideally.
