The MFA-FP/JB positions itself as a modern archtop, both warm and precise, with an elegant "Jazz Burst" aesthetic and a semi-gloss finish that lets the touch breathe.

The sound

The spruce top provides attack, definition, and dynamics, with a quick response to both pick and fingers. The figured maple back and sides enhance projection and note clarity while maintaining a sustained low end: perfect for complex voicings that remain intelligible. The mini-humbucker at the neck delivers a round, mid-rich sound with a precise grain ideal for jazz.
