An Aura Designed for High-End Electro-Acoustic Guitars
With the success of Aura Imaging technology, Fishman was approached by guitar manufacturers to create an integrable Aura system for top-tier electro-acoustic instruments. The Aura Pro is the result of this development: an internal preamp designed to offer a more organic response, closer to a microphone recording, while remaining perfectly suited to the demands of live performance.
Who the Aura Pro Is For and When to Use It
This acoustic preamp is aimed at guitarists who want to go beyond the sometimes dry output of a piezo pickup without adding multiple external pedals. Ideal for concerts, sessions, venues with variable sound systems, or home recording, it allows you to achieve a more realistic and coherent sound in the PA system while maintaining direct ergonomics from the instrument.
Aura Image Gallery: Sound Customization and Image Management
The integrated Aura system includes Fishman Aura Image Gallery, a PC/Mac-compatible application providing access to Aura Images covering hundreds of guitar brands and models through a free library. Once the software is installed, you can sort and manage your Images, then take advantage of the preamp's open architecture by transferring Images via a USB cable. The result: a more nuanced acoustic sound, tailored to your instrument and playing style, with effective control thanks to the 3-band EQ.
