A Signature Crafted for Modern Playing
The Fishman Fluence Signature Tosin Abasi 8-String is aimed at demanding guitarists seeking precise response across the entire fretboard, from the deepest lows to the sharpest highs. Designed for a technical and expressive approach, it emphasizes chord clarity, palm-muted articulation, and definition in fast passages, even with high gain.
For Which Type of Musician and Context?
This active pickup set is particularly suited for styles where clarity is non-negotiable: modern metal, prog, djent, fusion, and any setup requiring tight lows and controlled high-end. In the studio, it helps maintain precise attack and a clean signal. On stage, it offers reliable consistency, ideal for complex rigs and tone changes.
Fluence Technology: Stability, Control, and Precision
Thanks to the Fluence approach, this kit delivers a homogeneous sound and excellent note separation, essential on an 8-string where any imprecision can quickly muddy the mix. The active electronics provide a solid signal and an immediate response feel under the fingers, facilitating crisp attacks, tight rhythms, and leads that remain clear. The set format ensures sonic continuity between positions, allowing seamless transitions from neck to bridge without level surprises or loss of definition.
