The Modern Humbucker OpenCore Alnico emphasizes musicality, power, and the explosiveness of the Alnico magnet: full chords, smooth solos, and an additional voice "never heard in a humbucker" according to the series' spirit. It is announced as ideal in both positions and often paired with a ceramic bridge pickup.
The Modern Humbucker OpenCore Ceramic focuses on a more defined attack: brutal aggressiveness and punch are present, while remaining usable in both positions. It is generally paired with an Alnico neck pickup to achieve a balanced duo, capable of shifting from a massive, tight register to more nuanced tones thanks to the 3 voices.
