The thermoplastic shell, combined with a carefully crafted interior, aims to secure the instrument during daily commutes, rehearsals, and more demanding travels. Stable feet allow the case to be placed more securely, a real advantage when moving between different spaces (classroom, stage, dressing room, transport).

For Which Musicians and Uses?

This case is intended for cellists who regularly transport their instrument and seek a reliable solution: conservatory students, university students, freelancers, teachers, or orchestra musicians. It is particularly suitable for contexts where the instrument is frequently handled (stairs, backstage, halls, car, transport) and where risks related to impacts, crushing, or temperature fluctuations need to be minimized. The backpack carrying system, complemented by the included Air system (ref. 342.524), facilitates walking trips while keeping hands freer.

Sound Quality

A transport case is not designed to alter the cello's sound. However, it helps preserve what ensures sound quality on a daily basis: stable setup, better-protected bridge, and less exposure to thermal variations. The bridge protection with an aluminum rail helps secure a particularly sensitive area to reduce the risk of pressure or unwanted contact during transport.
