Questions frequently asked

Is the Gibraltar 6709 stable for playing rock or metal?

The double base provides a stable foundation for cymbals used in rock, pop, metal, or funk styles. The molded Super Lock style adjustments enhance the stand's grip.

What system allows adjusting the cymbal tilt?

The gearless brake rocker enables smooth, step-less adjustment of the cymbal's angle.

Are the nylon inserts in the boom arm useful?

Nylon inserts are integrated into the clamping areas. They prevent metal-to-metal contact and reduce wear. This also limits unwanted mechanical rattling and resonance.

Is this cymbal stand suitable for both stage and studio use?

Designed with stage and touring in mind, this stand combines professional features with a transport-friendly format. Its stability helps the cymbal vibrate more consistently, with fewer unwanted movements.
