Historical Context and Positioning in the Range
The double base cymbal stand has become a standard in modern hardware to secure cymbals in demanding setups. This type of model, with wide tubing, is generally positioned as a "heavy duty" solution focused on long-term durability and reliability.
Who This Cymbal Stand Is For
This cymbal stand is suitable for intermediate to advanced drummers seeking a very stable support, as well as beginners looking to invest in reliable hardware. It is particularly well-suited for rock, metal, funk, and contemporary music, especially when playing energetically or with large-diameter cymbals.
Features and Innovations
Its double base design and large-diameter tubes aim to minimize unwanted movement, improve support, and provide a more reassuring feel during accents. The wide range of adjustment facilitates integration into both compact and extended setups.
Sound Characteristics
A cymbal stand does not alter the cymbal's tone but influences its behavior. Here, the strong stability helps maintain a consistent response with fewer unwanted oscillations: the attack remains clear, and the cymbal is easier to control, especially at high volume.
- Suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced drummers looking for stable support
