A Faithful Tribute to the Pinnacle of the Late 1950s ES Range
A true icon, the ES-355 represented the most luxurious version of the late '50s "ES" models, above the ES-335 and ES-345. This recreation respects the profiles, contours, and construction methods of the era to deliver the feel, look, and class of 1959 instruments, in "Vintage Natural" color and with original stop bar.

Ideal for intermediate to expert musicians seeking a versatile and elegant semi-hollow. Perfect for jazz, blues, soul, and vintage rock, it shines both in the studio and on stage thanks to its comfort ('59 Medium C profile) and exemplary tuning stability.
Sound
The laminated maple/poplar/maple body combined with the solid maple center block balances warmth and clarity while controlling feedback. The Alnico III Custombuckers deliver a PAF voice: silky lows, singing mids, defined highs, and excellent sustain enhanced by the ABR-1/stop bar setup. The CTS 500K electronics and Paper-in-Oil capacitors provide a smooth and musical tone sweep.
Recommended Compatible Accessories
A set of nickel strings 10-46 (original setup) to preserve tension and tonal balance. A curved capo suited for the 12" radius. A 335/355 gig bag or case sized for thinline semi-hollow bodies (a brown/pink Custom Shop hard case is already included).
