The Custom Shop offers here an Artist interpretation faithful to the aesthetics and spirit of the original, but designed for modern, reliable, and consistent use, with a subtle VOS patina evoking the charm of a preserved vintage instrument.

Designed for intermediate to expert guitarists, this Les Paul excels in classic rock, blues, pop, hard rock, and fusion. The specific wiring allows adjusting the compressed and singing tonal texture typical of Les Paul Customs to a clearer and more articulate register, ideal both in the studio and on stage.

The Sound

The combination of mahogany/9-hole weight relief + solid mahogany top delivers dense mids, firm lows, and generous sustain. The three Custombucker open-coil humbuckers offer an expressive range: creamy neck, snappy bridge, and a middle pickup controlled by its own volume/tone pair for unprecedented parallel blends. The CTS potentiometers and Paper-in-Oil capacitors preserve attack and musicality, while the ebony fingerboard and jumbo frets provide precision and authority. The result: a palette of tones ranging from vintage crunch to singing lead, with excellent mix hold.
