The ES-335 set the standard for semi-hollow body guitars since 1958. This modern version retains the model's DNA (double cutaway, laminated maple/poplar/maple construction, center block) and dresses it in a "Spearmint" finish under a glossy nitrocellulose lacquer, combining vintage charm with contemporary stage presence.

The sound

The AAA figured 3-ply maple/poplar/maple top/back/sides combination delivers brightness and definition, while the solid maple center block adds punch, sustain, and focus. The T-Type humbuckers provide tight lows, musical mids, and precise highs. Hand-wiring (500k potentiometers, Orange Drop capacitors) and the three-position selector offer fine nuances from clean to saturated tones, with excellent responsiveness to volume and tone controls.
